1. Disinfect the tank first, soak it in hypermanic acid (just enough) for an hour, and clean it with a dry, chemical-free dry cloth.
2. To maintain water, there are often two types of water, one is tap water and the other is well water. If it is tap water, expose it to the sun for two days to evaporate some of the hardness factors in the water; if it is well water, it can be circulated directly. It is recommended to circulate the water in the empty tank for a week. The best water temperature is 28 degrees, which is good for the growth of nitrifying bacteria (good for clean water) and is also in line with the living temperature of pig snouts. (Be sure to remember that the water temperature of the turtle should not be lower than 26 degrees in the future, otherwise the turtle's condition will be bad and there will be sequelae in the future) Put some large grains of salt. 3. Filter equipment. The filter box is simply laid out as follows
