Silk Butterfly Fish
Silk Butterfly Fish is also known as Yangfan Butterfly Fish. The temperament is exceptionally elegant and generous both in the wild and in captivity. Silky butterfly fish is yellow in color and has a gentle nature, so it can be kept with guinea fish that have the same gentle nature.
The body of Silky Butterfly Fish is oval and very flat on the sides. The snout is long and conical. The rays of the dorsal fin have filamentous extension rays, and there is an eye-shaped spot below it that is larger than the diameter of the eye. There is an L on the side of the head that passes through the eye. There are 7 to 8 diagonal lines on the upper part of the body and 9 to 10 diagonal lines on the ventral side connecting at right angles. The trailing edge of the caudal fin is truncated or slightly convex.
